Bit of muscle development.


No creatine, protein or other supplements in take. Here's the result:

Been trying hard to lift heavier weights, body doesn't look perfect yet, but it's starting to pay off. In the mean time, i definitely need to put on more weights.

Current Weight: 64kg
Target Weight: 68kg

Muscle/body parts need to focus on:
  • Upper and lower chest
  • Biceps
  • Triceps
  • Shoulder
  • Upper and lower abs
P/S: Officially missed 2 weeks of workout. Still cannot find a decent gym yet.... :-( Sad~
