Tah Dah. Another ordinary Monday....

*Phone Ring* Open my eyes and look at my phone. Rachel, one of my close friend called me this morning. I can hardly talk louder bcoz i am suffering bad sore throat. Definitely need to buy med in drugs store which i haven't do it until now . Guess I'm ma just let it heal by itself. :-S. So Rachel and me chit-chating and bla bla bla for 30mins and then i went to had my breakfast.

Later in afternoon, Esther called me up and came to my house. After a while, Evonne came and picked us up. So we parked the car and went to Public Bank because Esther wants to withdraw some cash for her Dior sunglasses. After that, a friend of Evonne picked us up(she doesn't want to drive) . Alan the name, a filthy rich guy with a niceeee sport car.. Yummy* So he took us to the Wisma for lunch. (I'm ma skip all the rubbish and make it short.)

So afterwards, we went to Warisan Square for a little bit of window shopping and some drinks in San Fransisco Coffee Shop. And again, Alan paid for everything.... Aw... How gentleman...

Hot Steamed Milk. Doesn't taste good.

Me and Esther

Esther is loving her new short bang

Mmmmm..

Nice Dior Homme glasses. Found it in Evonne's car.

Alright, that's all for today. Short and pointless, i know. Duhhhhhhhhhhh................

This is dedicate for Eric. Lmao. Thanks for the breakfast!

More pictures coming....

Emptiness...

Feeling a bit down on Friday's night. So i decided to go to the BB Cafe with Eric and Andy. Nothing much happened there. We talked about random topics and took some pictures. Could be better if Ian and Michele were there. I miss their accompanies.... And i have to say the place remind me of sweet moment with someone special.

Am thinking someone. I really do.

Thanks for the blindfold, Ian.

So dissapointing.

Took few snaps of my body by using self timer feature and place the camera on the computer desk. And this is what i get...

So dissapointed by the results of my work out...

Barely see the shape. But definitely not what i want.

Better view but... Geeeee. Sucks so bad.

I don't even have the guts to show in front. I feel like wanna throw out when i see my chest and my fuckin' stomach. Look like a piece of shit. Grrr....... Need to change my pre workout and post workout food intake program.....

Dine at Toscani's Restaurant.

Hmmm, simplicity yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Non-stop eating.

Chit-Chating

Last but not least, snap!

Boost up my workout!

Started to play with dumbbells quite few weeks ago. And i found out there is thick layer of dead skins on my hand clap. It hurts actually. I have no idea why is that happen. So a friend of mine told me, i need to get a pair of training gloves to ensure better grip during holding the dumbbells.

So here are the 2 items i bought in Nike outlet a week ago....

Nike men's structure training gloves and Nike Small Athletic Duffel training bag.

The training gloves itself.

Hmmm. Looking nice and feeling comfortable.

With dri-fit fabric features in the gloves.

The training bag. Love it so much.( although it's a little costy). The training bag itself has a lot funtionality. Very user friendly. Mainly for athletic. The Nike Flex shoulder strap works for me. It's ermmm sort of thick rubber that give maximum support on your shoulder. So it's like when u carrying the training bag, u feel more comfortable. Unlike the other typical bag, the strap keep falling down and u may probably feel sore on your shoulder if u hold the bag for a longer period. For the exterior, there are 3 compartments, once with dual-zippered design and another 2 with one zipper only. For the main compartment, u can store your training shirts, shorts, socks or even some personal items. An interior small pocket can be found inside the main compartment for user to store keys, cards or even cell phone. For the ventilated shoes compartment(which i like) is design to store your smelly shoes. Other than that, the bag comes with an exterior side water bottle pocket. Cool huh?
