Korean Cuisine at "Dea Lang Gum" in T.Aru Plaza

Last night, a friend of mine invited me to have a dinner in a korean restaurant called "Dea Lang Gum". There are 5 of us, Chris(nessa's husband), Vanessa, Candy(korean), Esther and myself. So, Esther and I supposed to arrive there by 7.30pm, but we were late for more than 20mins. We actually felt bad for being late for the dinner. Chris introduced one of her friend from Korea, Candy , the name. Very friendly and polite. She can speaks 3 different languages, Malay, English and a little bit of Chinese. How bizarre. So It's not that hard for Esther and I to communicate with Candy afterall. Hey, i left this, we did body language too. Duhh....

Dinner started to serve not long after we arrive:

Dry and wet kimchi, spicy kimchi, kimchi, kimchi etc.

As you can see, the main course is full of kimchi. I don't get it. But hey, they have this BBQ porks which smell good and tasty. So before we start eating, Vanessa showed us a so called "tutorial" how to eat the BBQ porks based on tradition way. So basically we take a small amount of lettuce, put the BBQ pork on it, and then top it with smoked garlic and onion, and finally some spicy paste and a bit of rice on the top. Man, i have to tell, it tastes so delicious.

So this is it. *drooling over it*

Can't help it. I'm too hungry

Esther grabbing the food and ready to eat.

Nessa, don't complain you're fat. 'Coz you are not.

The dinner was awesome. Everyone kept busy eating. Kimchi's do not taste that bad afterall. But personally i think it's a bit too spicy for me. So after the dinner, we took some pictures... Again.. :-s
